As per the advertisement published in the local newspaper Loksatta by Kardali Van Seva Sangha, we opted for Manimahesh Yatra, from 17 AUG 2022 to 27 AUG 2022. Mr. Sarwan Thakur of Manimahesh Adventure had played major role during this yatra. Right from our arrival at Pathankot he was in contact with us. He looked after us very well in person as well as through his well experienced and helpful staff. He was always on his toes to fulfil all our necessities. His loving family also contributed a lot to make our stay comfortable. His greatness lies in treating the tourist as his own family member. At one point we heard the news that the yatra is suspended due to land slide. We informed about it to him. But he assured us in calm but firm voice that he will somehow make the arrangements for the yatra. And true to his words we could complete our yatra. He accompanied us up to Hadsar, made the arrangement for horses and left us in the hands of his trusted staff cum guide. He is gem of a person and we strongly recommend that one should rely on him and his agency for all travel arrangements for Himachal Pradesh.
